We are happy to share our high quality photographic prints with you. To keep everything clear and transparent, here are the main things you should know when shopping with us:
OUR PRODUCTS
- All prints are made on demand in Bali.
- You can choose between print only or framed options.
- Each piece is unique, and small variations in color or size may occur.
PAYMENT
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and bank transfer.
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
- Every order is custom-made. Production time may vary depending on size and finish.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the final price.
- Currently, we ship within Indonesia only.
- Estimated delivery times will be communicated via email after your order is confirmed.
PRICES
- Product prices shown on the website are exclusive of taxes.
- Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout, together with shipping costs.
- The final amount due will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
RETURNS
- Because prints are made just for you, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production has started.
- If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days and include photos, and we’ll make it right.
COPYRIGHT
- All photographs and artworks are the intellectual property of Studio Lautan.
- Buying a print does not give the right to reproduce or use the image elsewhere.
