RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Studio Lautan, every print is made to order with care.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once production has started.

If your print arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos of the damage and your order number in your email.

Once we receive your claim, we will review it and offer one of the following solutions:

• A replacement of the damaged item at no extra cost, or
• A full refund if replacement is not possible.

Please note:

• Minor variations in color or size are a natural part of the printing process and are not considered defects.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed through your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
